HOUSE RULES
for visitors at Hann Mariste II, 1132 apartment
1
This apartment has been rented to you for a given period (see you contract)

It is not allowed to invite persons not named in the contract to stay in
the flat without previously an agreement from the house lord. Such
agreement will of course lead to new pricing based on the number of new
allowed persons to stay in the flat.

You cannot leave the flat keys available to any guest as we experienced
some with bad will can be tempted to copy them and may effect a personal
visit in the flat during your absence.
4 A list with the inventory of the furniture in the
apartment has been made and delivered to a public bailiff.

You are not allowed to bring out any property that belongs to the flat.

You cannot place or fix on the wall any personal or decorative thing during
you stay.

You’re not allowed to make noise or use the stereo in a high volume
between 23.00 and 09.00.

Please make sure all lights are off and check if the gas bottle is well
closed whenever you are leaving temporarily or definitively the flat.
9
Pedophili is a crime severely reprehended by the Senegalese authorities.
