The llama who wished for wings

This is a story about Karsten, the llama who wished for wings!
Enjoy!

This is Karsten in own llama-person!

Once upon a time in a little land called Bangladesh, a little llama called Karsten. Karsten was a small llama who always wore a big, lovely smile on his little llama-face. All the people in the llama-village liked Karsten, but still he wasn’t quite happy. Because the llama had a secret dream which none of the other llamas had the slightest idea he was thinking of. He used to take long walks for himself that always ended at a cliff with great view. Here, Karsten could stand for hours watching the sun go down in the horison. What he wanted more than anything in the world was a pair of wings so that he could fly away into the sunset, become famous and have loads of llamas who brought him strawberries and hot chocolate. But he knew just as well as the other llamas that no llama had ever had wings, and no llama probably would. Every time he had stayed at the cliff, he desided not to come back, but every time he was out on a walk, all of his four llama-legs automatically took him there.
Karsten had a bestfriend. Her name was Trulte, and she was a very nice llama. Never spoke more than she had to, and always supported the other llamas when they were sad. One time, Karsten desided to talk to Trulte about his dream, and so he did.
“Trulte, can I talk to you?” he asked one time they were eating their breakfast-grass. Trulte blinked a couple of times, and nodded.
“What is it?” she asked when they had gone a little bit away from the other grassing llamas.
“Well, I have sort of a problem. You see, I really wish I had wings!” Karsten said while he chewed a little bit of grass that was left in his mouth. Trulte stopped a couple of seconds to think, but then she turned her face to Karsten, and said:
“I don’t think that will work, Karsten. You see, there are certain rules in the life of a llama. And one of them sais that you can never like hot chocolate and fly at the same time, because then the mean llama-boss will come and shave your head, and then you’ll look pretty weird!” Trulte said, and looked at Karsten, who had a very depressed look on his face.
“But I really don’t care about my fur, I just want to fly!” he said, and Trulte understood that she had to give him the hard facts about the flying creatures in the world:
“But the most important thing about this is that there are not only bees, eagles and sparrows who fly, there are also.... BUTTERFLIES!” Her eyes widened dramatically, and Karsten jumped several feet backwards. He had no idea that these horrible creatures, that were his worst fear, also flew around in the air. The wanting for wings disappeared from his mind that very moment. He never wanted to fly, all he wanted to do was have his four legs and walk like a real llama!
From that day, Karsten was the most active llama every time the llamas played games. He got himself a new hobbie which contained both flying and activity: For his birthday, Trulte gave him a nice llama-trampoline, and he always started his day with 34 jumps before he ate grass the rest of the day.
Well, this story tells you about how dreams which are really stupid can change once you have some wit knocked into their brains.
Nono, you know we all love Karsten very much, and we owe him this dream, We think that it was really grate that he could make a compromise with himself. I also ought to tell you that a lot of other llamas were jealous of this trampoline, and payed Karsten strawberries and hot chocolate to be allowed to jump on it. That way Karsten got everything he wanted: Fly, strawberries and hot chocolate!
