Dyeing Chemicals
dye with plants

The dyer have always used the available chemicals when dyeing, and usually the dyer did not know the abilities of the chemicals, but one knew the result: Stronger and more lasting colours. When dyeing blue, for instance, one used immense amounts of arsenic. This is not possible today, but we will have to deal with that. All chemicals should be placed in a closed jar, so that they to not get mixed up.

I have 15 chemicals, which I will list later. Perhaps tomorrow.
