THE KELLY FAMILY

First who are the Kellys?

The Kellys are an Irish Pop/folk band. There are 9 members in the band, all brothers and sisters. They're parents Dan and Barbera used to be in the band. But unfortunately their mother died in 1982 of cancer.Their father Dan has also been sick the last year or so, so he couldn't continue singing, but he is part of the bands management. The Kellys have been around a long time. They're first release was in 1979 and they're still going strong!

A little bit about each of the members:

Angelo
Born: December 23rd, 1981, in Pamplona, Spain
Instruments: drums, percussion, guitar
Outsatnding Trait:loves jazz and collects records, loves kickboxing and starwars.
Paddy
Born: December 5th, 1977 in Dublin, Ireland.
Instruments: guitar, piano, keyboards, percussion, bass and harmonica.
Outstanding trait: produced several albums with Kathy, directed the video clip Fell inLove With An Alien and is the band leader of the Kelly Family on stage.Loves to sleep!!

Maite
Maite is the youngest girl in the group. She was born on 4th December 1979, in Berlin, Germany. She is now 18 years old. She has long blond hair and blue eyes and is around 1,60metres tall. She is the girl who most gets involved during concerts. She and Paddy really lead it all. She plays bass and percussion in the band. He designs and takes care of the stage outfits of the Kelly Family. Maites hobbys are cooking, swimming and dancing.
Barby
Barby was born on the 28th of April 1975. She was born in Belascoin, Spain. She has curly blond hair, blue eyes and is around 1,57 metres tall. She plays the congas, percussion, accordeon and keyboards in the band. She is an enthusiastic painter and a talented dancer.
Patricia
Patricia is the second oldest female in the group. She was born on the 25th November 1969. In Gamonal, in Spain. She has long blond hair and blue eyes. She is about 1,67 cm high and weighs 52 kg. She plays percussion,harp, keyboards and guitars. She can speak 6 languages!

Jimmy
Jimmy was born on the 18th of February, 1971. He was born in Gamonal, in Spain. He has short hair and blue eyes. He is 1,73 metres high and weighs around 63kg. He plays gitar, accordeon, percussion and bass. He is aflim freak, he produced his own short fil "fortune's fool" in 1998.
Johnny
Johnny is the oldest boy in the band. He was born on the 8th of March in 1967. He was born in Talavera, Spain. He has long blond hair and blue eyes. He is 1,80m high and weighs 70kg. He plays guitar, percussion and drums in the band.He produces and directs video clips for the kelly family.
Joey
Joey was born on the 20th of December in 1972. He was born in Gamonal in Spain. He has long blond hair and blue eyes. He is 1.72 metres high and weighs 73kg. He plays guitars and congas. He is a top athlete and works as tour agent for the kelly family.

Kathy

Kathy is the oldest girl in the group. She was born on 6th of March, 1963 in Leominister, USA. Sh has long darkbrown hair and blue eyes. She is 1,65 metres high. She plays accordion, violin and keyboards. She loves classical muisc and has a son Sean.
