The techniques of self defense
has a history as long as the history of ourselves, the human beings. If we want
to get to know the art of Kung Fu better, as it is described in numerous old
letters, we need to look back several thousand years. We must look in the far
East and in the early human societies and tribes to find the roots of this style
of art.
An old Chinese story tells about Kempo that a worshiper of Buddah with the name
Darumataishi, travelled from India to China to teach the Chinese emperor Liang
about buddhism. His journey to China was long and dangerous, which even today is
considered a difficult route. He needed strength and physical and mental
stamina, so great that it is hard to imagine. He built a temple called Shaolin
Szu. Here he lived and practised his belives.
The strict discipline Darumataishi executed on his students made them tired and
lonely. And because of to much excerises of concentration, it often happened
that some of them fell in a "coma". Later he told them that the goal of buddhism
is to purify the soul, but that the soul and the body can not be sepparated. If
the body is physically weak, the body can not be puryfied.
Darumataishi spent nine years to create a better physical force. He retired and
lived in solatary in his own world. During this periode he discovered som fast
motions for arms and legs. These motions are the basis for the Kung-fu we know
today. After a while his students were the best warriors in China, and the art
he'd thaught them were known as Kung-fu or Chinese boxing. Adventually it became
the national sport of China.
**********
Kung-fu, as it is in Kurdistan and Iran, is with no doubt a result of professor
Ibrahim Mirzai's hard work.
Mirzai's got the red belt in Kung-fu, and he's the scientific founder of Kung-fu
TOA in Kurdistan and Iran.
Roundkick and roundpunch, pounches through the air with great strength and
one-on-one fighting, were the partisipants use hands and feet to fight and
defend themselves, are the specialities of Kung-fu TOA. In Kung-fu TOA we use
the arms 50% and the feet 50%. And this is to be strictly followed.
This discipline has got 73,000 techniques and reactions.
The truth is that Kung-fu TOA was introduced as a better martial art than the
Chinese. This resulted in many annoyed Chinese trainers, and they started a
campaign against Kung-fu TOA.

At last I want to say that in Kung-fu TOA you first have to know yourself and
then the truths. Then you will achieve devine strength.
Yours sincerely
