Broken heart

You are free to do whatever you want with your image, but you are not allowed to copy my tutorial. This is my work and I hope you respect that!

I hope you'll enjoy making this image as much as I did!

You need PSP8 or other versions will also be ok.

Open a new image, 100 x 100 pixels, we will crop it later. Zoom it till you think it's big enough to work with.

Set your paintbrush to settings as shown under

Set your stroke color to a red you prefer, I used C00000 for this tutorial. Draw as shown under:

Use your magic wand and select inside your heart. Floodfill with your color, I used C00000 for this tutorial. Keep selected and invert selection.

Selections - Invert

Add a drop shadow

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow

Use a shadow color a bit darker than the red you filled your heart with. I used 800000 for this tutorial.

Draw with green 008000 as shown under

With your magic wand, select both green areas (to select more than one area, use [shift])

Apply cutout

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout

I used 004000 for shadow.

We also need a flower, so you draw as shown under (I used C00000)

Select inside and flood fill with a tiny bit brighter red color. I used E60E0E.

Invert selection and add the same drop shadow as you did on the heart.

Crop your image and export as a gif, you should have something like this
