You are free to do whatever you want with you smiley, but you are not allowed to copy my tutorial. This is my work and I hope you respect that! This is my very first written tutorial. I hope you'll enjoy making this smiley as much as I did! You need PSP8 or other versions will also be ok. Open a new image, 100 x 100 pixels, we will crop it later. Zoom to 1000% (oh yeah, we need it big!) Set your paintbrush to settings as shown under
set your color to black (000000) and draw as under
Click inside
both eyes with your magic wand
Effects - 3D effects - cutout like this
And so you select inside the smiley with your magic wand. Floodfill with a yellow color of your choise, I used F8F070. And then Effects - 3D effects - cutout like this
on shadow color I used F7E40D and on interior color F8F070
Finally you crop your image and save as a gif. And than we have
You can also use paintbrush size 2 if you want a bigger smiley, than you'll get this one

select more than one area with magic want, hold [shift] and you are able
to select different areas. Floodfill inside both eyes with color white
