You are free to do whatever you want with you anchor, but you are not allowed to copy my tutorial. This is my work and I hope you respect that! I hope you'll enjoy making this anchor as much as I did! You need PSP8 or other versions will also be ok. Open a new image, 100 x 100 pixels, we will crop it later. Zoom it till you think it's big enough to work with. Set your paintbrush to settings as shown under, color #808080 and #C0C0C0
