You are free to do whatever you want with you flags, but you are not allowed to copy my tutorial. This is my work and I hope you respect that! I hope you'll enjoy making this flag as much as I did! You need PSP8 or other versions will also be ok. Open a new image, 100 x 100 pixels, we will crop it later. Zoom it till you think it's big enough to work with. Set your paintbrush to settings as shown under. Use colors of your own choise.
