Stigma was born in 1999, when Stig Rune Robertsen decided to make a cheep christmas-present and recorded a album featuring some of his own material along some christmas songs. The result was "Jul på Lundbakken" (Christmas at Lundbakken, the farm he grew up.)
More important was the Stigma-name.

In 2000 Endre Hindhammer joined the band. He was a bass-player Stig had known for years.
In 1995 they played in a band called "Paranoia"

In the summer of 2000 the album "Solitude" was released.

In 2001 they re-located to Trondheim where they started as a band with Ola Nordal on

Unfortuenetly the band split up before recording anything.
