MONSTERS
Throughout Enroth you will find yourself facing many
kinds of evil-doers.
Here's a few monsters, and if you want to see a complete list of them,

ALL MONSTERS
Cobra
Cobras are large, dangerous snakes that usually inhabit jungle regions. They move and strike
quickly, injecting lethal poison into their victims. Fortunately, cobras are not very tough and are fairly easy to hit. Cobras sometimes end up in civilized
society, either as pets or guards.
Skeleton
The most common form of the undead, skeletons are brainless fodder of powerful Necromancers and
Liches. Though frail and weak, skeletons have undying persistence and complete
loyatly. They are immune to spells that affect the mind or a living body.
Harpy
A strange combination of bird and woman, Harpies desire one thing- blood. The songs of the harpies will either curse those that listen, or age them well past their
years. Harpies use their flight and mobility to avoid direct conflict.
Ogre
Although slow and stupid, ogres have tremendous strength and are resistant to most physical
damage. Ogres love to torment and bully smaller races, goblins being a favorite target, though humans and elves will suffice as
well. Ogres wear armor over their tough hides, and use two-handed weapons easily in
one.
Bloodsucker
The Bloodsucker takes its name from the long, tooth-filled snout that it uses to drain the blood from its
victims. Though fragile, it is able to do damage surprisingly fast. Bloodsuckers also tend to spread
diseases, if their victims survive their attack.
Flying Eye
A monster created from foul magic, the Flying Eye is an intelligent and dangerous
foe. Its gaze alone can cause victims to fall asleep, and it attacks with a blast of magical
cold. Some survivors report that Flying Eyes also have an affinity with certain elemental
magics.
Lich
Powerful sorcerers that fear their own mortality will sometimes exchange their soul for eternal life as an
undead. Liches are skilled spellcasters whose barest touch can freeze the life from their opponents. They have a strong resistance to
magic, though some holy spells are particularly effective against them.
Ooze Monster
Strange creatures that live off the compost and decay of indoor areas, Ooze Monsters can poison or disease those that come too
close. They are immune to mind spells, and poison and disease.
Occasionally, a non-digested item of some value can be taken from the remains of an Ooze Monster.
Minotaur
Berserkers that combine the strength, stamina, and short temper of the bulls they
resemble, Minotaurs are fantastically strong and resistant to almost all
damage. No one is sure if Minotaurs are a race to themselves, or the product of a magical
experiment.
Hydra
Large multi-headed snakes, Hydras roam what was once Paradise Valley. Though slow and awkward to behold, Hydras are capable of dealing tremendous
damage. The largest Hydras can easily bend or shatter metal with their powerful
blows.
Air Elemental
Summoned by powerful Sorcerers, Air Elementals typically serve as
guardians. Their speed and poweful electrical attack makes them a formidable
enemy. Although almost completely immune to electric attacks, they have a vulnerablity to earth based
attacks.
Werewolf
Cursed with lycanthropy, Werewolves are normal people by day and horrible half man, half wolves at
night. While in their Werewolf form, they are extremely strong and fast and attack with sharp claws and teeth that can transmit
disease.
