Ski Tracks
Sjusjøen ( 850 m above sea level) is the ski Eldorado and has always been known as a "Winter Wonder Land". The winters are normally long and with lots of snow. Through a number of years large sums of money are invested in organizing, preparing and marking ski tracks. Today they we can offer 350 km well prepared tracks, of which 100 km are prepared for ski skating.
The region offers varied ski possibillities and direct tracks to Lillehammer and the Olympic ski tracks at Birkbeiner Skistadion.
Sjusjøen offers a broad range of mountain lodges, high mountain hotels, cabins, apartments, youth hostel and caravan spaces, totalling 1500 beds.
At Sjusjøen you will find a grocery store, kiosk, sport shops, cafes and pubs. Ski and MTB can be rented.
