This cheat is to help you through Tibia, and can offer you several advantages over other players.
Tibia Multi has been in on-and-off development over some time, and right now I'm quite actively working on it.
Here's it's features as of version 01.00.22:

General:
   Light Hack
   Display status in taskbar
   Show where you are in TibiaFans map
   FTP Stats Uploader
   Anti-AFK
   Show invis creatures
   Free BoH
Alerts:
   Alert at move (can logout)
   Alert at on-screen (can logout)
   Alert when hp/mana is less/more than...
   Autoheal / Manawaster
   Walk to safezone if logout fails
Cavebot:
   Saveable cavebot configuration (fixed file-extension bug)
   Multifloor support (ladder doesn't work yet)
   Can load Tibiabot NG, Tibia Auto and BlackD scripts
   Lookup items (for developing)
Packet related:
   Aimbot (not cipsoft's, works on OT runes also)
   Smart trainer (for slimes and other mobs)
   Runemaker / Autoeater
   Reloader (Neck, Ring, Ammo)
Map related:
   Show map / number of fishy tiles
   Show fishy tiles in client
   Show how many fish you can carry
   Fisher (can cast randomly / stop at full cap)
   Spear pickup (sees where the spears are)
   Mob Spy / Tracker
Fun stuff:
   Change char name
   Chameleon
   Disco hack
Hotkeys:
   Delete: Stop alarm / fire aimbot at target / add cavebot wp
   Pageup: Fastclick
   Home: Autoclick
   Pagedown: Lighthack
   End: Experience to level
   Insert: Toggle trainer
   Ctrl+Del: Hotkeys on/off
Other features:
   Hotkeys only work inside Tibia
